Appearance: The monster is a wolf-like figure with three white eyes and horns on his head. He is skinny and looks as though he was partially made up of shadows.
No longer is he a Lycan nor is human. Instead he is a cursed monster that will be forced to take this form until his curse has ended. But everytime he kills a being, regardless of reason, a year is added to his curse. He was cursed after finding his dead little sister. Isleen Amara mistook him for the monster that had killed children and cast a curse on him. Now he wanders the world, unable to understand what to do and having to find something to eat without killing anything. He's always hungry but never full.
Powers/Abilities: He has the ability to meld into the shadows and has razor sharp teeth.
Disadvantages: He isn't human anymore, cannot speak any languages, has an undying hunger, if he kills something that adds another year to his curse, and due to his appearance nobody loves or trusts him.
Current Mental State: Unable to understand what is going on around him. He just knows when he's hungry, general emotions, and that he shouldn't kill things even though he is starving.
Name: Wesley Meas
Occupation: Any job he can get his hands on
Abilities: Wesley is best in his hunting and archery abilities. He knows a variety of traps for animals and fish that can be used in all sorts of weather. As for his archery, he can shoot a deer from a spot in a tree with high accuracy. It also helps that his senses can track down animals.
Powers: He can shift into his wolf form, though he knows little about using it.
Weaknesses: Close combat is dangerous for him, as he isn’t talented in sword fighting nor anything to do with heavy weaponry. Also he often travels with a baby. It’s hard to fight or do anything with a baby.
Fears: Death, his sister dying (which happened), his father, strangers, alcohol, and diseases.
Personality: Wesley is a quiet nervous person who believes danger to be around every corner. Even in the safest of places, he is looking for something that might go wrong. His heart is as big as the ocean, if not bigger. He can get easily attached to people, after they prove they aren’t dangerous, and will become sad if he is by himself. Wesley wants to love and be loved in turn but his fears often prevent new friendships or relationships. He is observant and extremely thoughtful, especially when it comes to people. Despite his fears, he will do anything and everything for the people he cares about. He will even die for them. Something that he fears greatly. Any sacrifice is worth it for the wonderful people in his life.
Goals: Wesley has to find a safe place for himself and his sister, where he can provide a good future for her.
Hopes/Dreams: He had hopes and dreams of his own once. Wesley once had a dream of becoming a famous huntsman and amaze the world with his talents. However, when his little sister was born, he knew that dream was long gone.
Backstory: The first word he had ever heard his father call him was “sissy”. His father viewed Wesley as a huge disappointment. Wesley was not a super strong warrior, which was what his father wanted. Instead he was softer, sweeter, and kind. These were not traits that his father deemed as manly, so he would hit and abuse Wesley, trying to make him tougher. Wesley’s father was an alcoholic, hence why Wesley avoided the stuff like the plague. His father never told Wesley much about his Lycan heritage. His mother, who was stronger in the Lycan heritage would start to say something then would fall quiet, especially when the father was around. His father and mother both discouraged using their wolf forms.
His mother was nicer to Wesley though she still would say “If you just did what your father said, he wouldn’t hurt you as badly.” For the longest time, Wesley was paranoid of his father and embarrassed by himself. He met his friends at a warrior training school. A girl his age encouraged him to be whoever he wanted to be. She told him that he didn’t need to follow his father's words, and that Wesley was already amazing. These words of encouragement remained in his mind, though he never repeated it back home.
Wesley made plans to leave his family once he had enough money and to become a world-famous hunter. Those plans changed when his little sister, Charise was born. Although he wanted to leave the family, he knew that he couldn’t leave without her. His father was talking about how she would be good to marry off in the future. His mother didn’t seem to disagree. He knew that this was not what Charise needed. This was not what she deserved. Nobody deserved this. For a year, he used up his time to hunt and do extra jobs for extra money.
He had already decided to try to save up money to get his mom, his sister, and himself out of the house. Wesley knew his mother wouldn’t object, as she wasn’t too fond of the father, though she agreed with him on certain points. One day his mother got sick and died. Wesley knew that she was the last person keeping his father reasonable and was always the one who had the power to stop him from seriously hurting them. Wesley packed up his things and Charise’s, who was only a year old, and abandoned his old home with his baby sister.
One day while traveling in Adeluna, he was busy at a stall when his baby sister got kidnapped. He eventually found her, dead in the alleyway. As he was sobbing over the toddler's corpse, a stranger spotted him and assumed that he was the murderer. He was cursed with the form of a monster. Every time he killed something, another year would add to his curse. Even if he had to kill in an act of self defense or for the sake of survival.
Charise- His baby (technically a toddler) sister. She is 1 year old and is a giggly bundle of laughter. Which can cause trouble when Wesley is trying to be quiet. Also she's dead now.
